TFI...Friday! A Risk Assessors Dream

This came courtesy of an old work colleague and just about sums up 'someones' week I am sure. Just when you think things could not get any worse and progress has been made on so many fronts you receive the picture below and it means it's all been for very little in reality.

We have all seen those 'crazy unsafe pictures' during presentations where we each consider "was this photo staged", "surely that can't be right" and downright "really"?, well this one is no exception and maybe gives some of us the reason we look for to carry on doing what we do.

If a caption were needed it would possibly be "I want that job finished, Bag it and tag it" which translated to this poor guy as "bag it and tack it"...scary stuff indeed!

And I did note the beer bottles and a sign at the back reading **erfest...BEERFEST maybe?
